Delivery information

Free delivery on all orders within UK.

For all orders within UK, shipping is free (Maximum weight weight 500g and size applies). Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail 1st Class delivery postal costs (Destination Tracked). This is the total cost of Postage & Packaging regardless of the number of items you order. The vast majority of orders are despatched either on the same or following working day. A signature will be required on receipt.
Note: Certain weight restrictions apply on all UK orders.


Standard Delivery charge £5.85

Our delivery charge for shipping to Europe is £5.85 regardless of your order value. Delivery is usually within 3-6 days (determined by your country's postal handler).
Note: Weight restrictions of 500 grams apply, beyond which you will have to pay a surcharge. If any single product on your order is over 2KG, we reserve the right to ask for more funds to cover extra shipping expenses.


International Standard Delivery

Recorded Delivery Charge £5.85 We deliver to regions outside of Europe at a charge of £5.85 regardless of your order value. Delivery is usually within 10-20 days (determined by your country’s postal handler). All prices shown online on our website include VAT. At checkout, the Value Added Tax will be deducted where applicable.

Please note: Deliveries of goods are made to the address entered under "Shipping Address". If orders are returned to us by the shipping company, we reserve the right to add an additional delivery charge for re-despatch.


If you wish to return goods for whatever reason, please e-mail us on, or contact our customer services by telephone who will be pleased to assist you. Please ensure you have your order reference number ready when contacting us.
We believe in excellent customer service and that is why we offer freepost for returning goods; the customer will not carry the cost of returning goods. However, please note that we do not accept returns for prescription medicine unless the pharmacist authorises it for certain reasons of return.

*Please note that medicine items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. Also, once products are opened and/or used, products cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty or broken.
If the item is returned without any Authorisation, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. You will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery.
We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.


In addition to our returns policy under the "Distance Selling Regulations" you have the legal right to cancel your order within SEVEN (7) working days starting the day after delivery, if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please note that if the order has already been shipped from our warehouse, any cancellations requested after seven (7) days of receipt of goods will incur a £5 handling charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.
